Friendly Fire burns down the Bayrische Staatsoper!
For the premiere of The Rhine Gold on 4 February, the projections of a world on fire reached back to the original idea of Richard Wagner to tear down the theatre after the performance of the Ring Cycle and burn the score. On behalf of Szechenyi & Partner, we modelled the opera house in 3D in order to be able to allow it to be destroyed by flames.
The projections were displayed on the evening of the premiere and during premiere series of The Valkyrie, Siegfried, Twilight of the Gods and The Ring Cycle.
